Registration is by mail only. Download and print the registration form or the entire registration
booklet by clicking on the links below.
Registration Deadlines: All registrations postmarked May 12 or earlier
will be in the first drawing pool for assignments. No registrations will be accepted after May 31st.
Class sizes are limited. No phone registrations will be accepted. You should receive written
notice of class assignments by June 20th.
Refund Policy: Refunds (minus a $25 fee) will be made if cancellation is made before
July 1st. There will be NO refunds after July 1st. After that registrations
may be transferred to other NSQG members.
